Frequently Asked Questions

Can I extract tables from images for free?

Yes. You can use the tool without creating an account or paying. There is no watermark on your exported files.

Can I edit the extracted table before downloading?

Absolutely! You can click on any cell to edit its content. You can also use the "Edit Mode" (pencil icon) to add or delete rows and columns easily.

How do I delete a wrong column or row?

Click the pencil (Edit Mode) button at the top right of the table. Red "×" buttons will appear next to each column and row. Click on them to delete that specific part instantly.

Is my image processed on my device or on a server?

When server-based OCR is available, your image is sent to our OCR service for processing. If the server API quota runs out, the tool switches to browser-based OCR using Tesseract.js. Our tool does not permanently store your images or extracted data.

Can I open the exported files in Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. XLSX files work with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice. CSV files can be opened in most spreadsheet applications.
